IxDA NYC is dedicated to developing the leadership skills of our design community. Our November session is a deep dive workshop to develop those leadership skills and build the self-awareness necessary to thrive in the workplace.

In this two-hour workshop, explore how to turn a difficult conversation into a reflective, goal-oriented opportunity starting with your own self-awareness. Participants will leave with strategies to share their fears, goals, and be curious about the experience of others in order to connect more authentically.
