About Our Speakers

Amy Santee (she/her) is a Career Strategist and Coach for UX professionals who want to design their careers with intention and bring their good to the world. She loves partnering with individuals to build confidence and courage, develop a unique professional brand, find jobs they love, and show up as leaders. Prior to coaching, Amy built a career as a UX researcher, working on end-to-end product development and strategy with all flavors of organizations, including eBay, Lowe's, General Motors, and the City of Portland. In her free time, she enjoys weight training, birding, gardening, and exploring the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Jessie Tseng (she/her) is Director of Product Design at Flatiron Health where she leads a team supporting Flatiron in accelerating cancer research. Her team's mission is to shorten the distance between Flatiron's data and cancer researchers to help answer some of the most important questions in oncology. In her spare time, Jessie makes functional ceramics in Brooklyn. 

OD Ntuk (he/him) is a Product Design Manager at Meta AI. As a multi-faceted user experience design leader with more than 5 years leading and managing design teams. He has a track-record of hiring and developing talent through coaching and mentorship. Prior to joining Meta, OD served as a design leader at Kaplan Test Prep and Viacom, and spent a decade consulting in design, product management, and engineering. OD enjoys solving complex user problems and tinkering with new technology. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two sons.

Kassie Chaney (she/her) is Director of User Research and Content Design at LinkedIn, and previously led UXR for LinkedIn’s hiring, job seeking, and learning products. Over the past 5.5 years, Kassie led UXR recruitment and hiring, growing the team from 10 to 40+ for consumer and B2B products. She is passionate about developing the next generation of research and content design practitioners and scaling research, with a goal of creating more empathy and less distance between decision makers and the people they build for. Previously, Kassie worked in market research and education policy analysis, and has degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Outside of work she likes to hike and is working on improving her baking skills.
